This position is predominantly remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home or a suitable environment of your choice. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify client needs, mental health challenges, and appropriate interventions.

• Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that address individual client goals and promote resilience.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities to implement interventions, ensuring they align with best practices and client preferences.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Engage in regular case consultations with the treatment team to enhance the comprehensive care provided to clients.

• Educate clients and their families, empowering them to understand and navigate mental health treatments and resources effectively.

• Remain current on advancements in clinical social work practices and research to continually enhance treatment methods and client support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will primarily consist of adults and seniors facing a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma, especially within the context of hospice care. You will play an important role in providing emotional support and therapeutic interventions that acknowledge the complex dynamics of end-of-life care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
\n
• Valid LCSW license in the state of Arizona with no disciplinary actions.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in clinical assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning, specifically within a mental health or social services setting.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on building rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficient computer skills and the ability to adapt to various telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a hospice or palliative care setting, understanding the emotional dynamics associated with end-of-life issues.

• Competency in delivering cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or similar effective therapeutic modalities.

• Experience working with interdisciplinary teams in mental health or healthcare environments.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 52,000 to 70,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
