Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Clinician, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough initial assessments to determine client needs and establish treatment goals.

• Creating and implementing personalized treatment plans based on therapeutic best practices.

• Providing individual and group psychotherapy sessions for clients across various demographics, including adolescents, adults, and couples.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to support clients in their mental health journeys.

• Documenting session notes and treatment progress in a timely manner within the Simple Practice platform.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals as necessary to ensure comprehensive care.

Your work will involve serving a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. By offering empathetic support and mental health strategies, you will play a crucial role in promoting recovery and resilience within our community.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Active licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent mental health clinician.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• At least two years of experience in mental health counseling or psychotherapy.

• Strong skills in treatment planning and delivering therapy to a varied client population.

• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• Proficiency in conducting virtual appointments and utilizing digital health tools.

Preferred Experience\n
