Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base encompassing various demographics and backgrounds. Our focus is on individuals facing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to foster trust and rapport with clients.

• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients and their experiences.
\n
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a diverse caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience working within a community health setting or providing teletherapy services will be advantageous. A history of working with diverse populations and complex client needs is also preferred to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with your caseload and experience.
