Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals across all age groups, identifying their specific mental health needs and challenges.

• Provide culturally competent therapy, utilizing various modalities tailored to the clients’ requirements, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based interventions.

• Collaborate with clients to establish and implement individualized service plans, ensuring that treatment is aligned with their goals and outcomes.
\n
• Regularly engage in multidisciplinary meetings to discuss treatment plans, updates, and progress notes, ensuring transparent communication among the clinical team.

• Manage a caseload of clients, coordinating care with other health professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive treatment and support.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with are diverse, encompassing various demographics and presenting a wide range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. By using a person-centered approach, you will provide support that is respectful of client backgrounds and aligned with their unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of New Jersey.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
\n
• A commitment to work between 10 to 40 hours per week or more, based on client needs and your availability.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is required.

• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms for providing therapy and managing client documentation effectively.

• Experience in delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapeutic techniques is highly desirable.
