Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of individuals and couples seeking therapy and formulating effective treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Facilitating individual and joint therapy sessions that address relational conflicts, communication barriers, and psychological concerns.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to assist clients in overcoming challenges such as grief and loss, job-related stress, and family dynamics.

• Helping families navigate complex issues related to separation, divorce, and blended family situations, including specialized strategies for conflict resolution.

• Maintaining detailed and accurate records of client progress and treatment outcomes, adhering to organizational and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will touch the lives of a diverse range of clients, including couples dealing with marital challenges, youth grappling with stress and anxiety, and families facing communication breakdowns. You will also address complex and sensitive issues such as alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, and the unique dynamics of blended families. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Hold an active state license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
