This role is stationed in Quincy, Massachusetts, encompassing outpatient services that focus on providing comprehensive mental health solutions. You will collaborate with a supportive team of behavioral health professionals, including psychiatrists and clinical staff, ensuring an integrated approach to client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans tailored to the individual needs, goals, and preferences of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address client concerns effectively.

• Educate and support clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care that addresses both mental and physical health needs.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to continuously refine your clinical strategies and improve patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our LMFTs primarily work with individuals and families facing mood disorders, anxiety, and relationship challenges. You will engage with a diverse client base, providing therapeutic support to children, adolescents, adults, and couples. As a dedicated mental health professional, your empathetic approach will foster a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship, crucial for effective treatment.

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
