Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health evaluations to diagnose clients and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Managing a caseload of 25-30 client sessions per week, ensuring quality and consistent support through ongoing documentation, progress notes, and treatment reviews according to company protocols.

• Delivering exceptional customer service by actively collaborating with fellow team members to identify and address gaps in mental health services within the community.

• Embracing creativity in therapeutic interventions that empower clients to overcome challenges and achieve their personal goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will encompass a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. You will provide therapy designed to address various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
