Work Environment\n

This position is based within an outpatient care model, leveraging advanced telehealth technologies for remote therapy sessions. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., which enables a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mood disorders, evaluating the intensity, frequency, and duration of symptoms to inform effective treatment planning.

• Collaborate with clients to establish individualized treatment plans that address their specific needs, personal goals, and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate positive change.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care techniques to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Continuously monitor client progress, documenting outcomes and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to align with evolving client needs.

• Foster integrated care by collaborating with psychiatrists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to client wellness.

• Stay informed about the latest mood disorder research and treatment innovations to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

• Maintain meticulous client records and documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations, ensuring confidentiality and ethical compliance.

• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities to enhance service quality and team cohesion.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work primarily with clients diagnosed with mood disorders, such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. Our clients include those who may also be facing challenges related to homelessness, trauma, and family dynamics. By providing a safe and understanding environment, you will help clients navigate their struggles and move towards recovery.

Qualifications\n
