Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of evidence-based techniques tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Assess clients' progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other therapists, to create comprehensive care plans for shared clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely client records in compliance with clinical guidelines and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals, couples, and families from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Your clients may be coping with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, grief, or life changes. Your empathetic and individualized approach will guide clients as they work towards healthier relationships and emotional resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license in the state of Washington.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 110,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
