Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate clients’ mental and emotional health, identifying areas that require immediate attention.

• Formulate individualized treatment plans based on assessments and collaborate with clients to establish achievable goals.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions through individual sessions, addressing a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, and stress management.

• Engage in couples therapy to facilitate improved communication and conflict resolution strategies.
\n
• Regularly monitor client progress, modifying treatment plans as needed to reflect evolving circumstances and needs.
\n
• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to offer a holistic approach to client care, ensuring continuity of services.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, effectively managing acute distress situations with compassion and professionalism.

• Stay updated on therapy practices and emerging research relevant to marriage and family therapy.

• Participate in ongoing training sessions and professional development opportunities offered by the organization.

• Foster a secure and confidential virtual therapy environment compliant with HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a therapist at Cornerstone, you will be working with a rich tapestry of clients from various backgrounds, including youth, adults, couples, and families. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related discipline.

• Active LMFT license issued by the State Board is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Cornerstone offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
