Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and families, focusing on their specific needs and goals.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' relational and mental health challenges, formulating tailored treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances.

• Employ family systems theory and other therapeutic modalities to address complex relationship dynamics, enhance communication, and resolve family-related stressors.

• Provide immediate support and crisis intervention services to ensure the safety and well-being of clients and their families during difficult times.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Facilitate educational sessions for clients on effective communication, conflict resolution, and coping strategies to support their emotional health.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to deliver well-rounded and integrated treatment for clients.

• Stay abreast of advances in marriage and family therapy through ongoing training and professional development to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse range of patients, including adults, children, and adolescents, facing various mental health and relational challenges. As a therapist in our team, you will engage with clients experiencing issues related to anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and family dynamics, providing them with the tools and support they need to navigate their situations effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

• A Master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in marriage and family therapy.

• Proficiency in outpatient therapy services is strongly preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer competitive annual salaries ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
