Work Environment\n

This full-time position allows for a remote work setting, enabling you to conduct sessions in a flexible manner that suits both you and your clients. The flexibility provided caters to your unique scheduling needs while maintaining a structured workweek, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You will be part of a dynamic and tight-knit team dedicated to supporting each other and the goals of our organization.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct mental health assessments to evaluate diagnoses and collaboratively establish detailed, individualized treatment plans with clients.

• Maintain an engaged caseload of 25-30 client visits weekly, ensuring every session is tailored to meet the clients’ evolving needs.

• Deliver therapeutic services that include individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing telehealth technologies effectively.
\n
• Document session details meticulously, adhering to Polara’s guidelines for treatment plans, clinical case notes, and diagnosis reviews.
\n
• Engage in ongoing communication and collaboration with case managers, families, medical personnel, and educational staff to coordinate holistic care for clients.

• Utilize creative and evidence-based interventions that foster clients' goal achievement and enhance their overall wellbeing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will include a diverse array of clients, encompassing children, adolescents, couples, and families. With an emphasis on providing contextually relevant therapy, you will leverage your understanding of relational dynamics to facilitate effective sessions. Your work directly contributes to empowering individuals in overcoming challenges related to mental health and enhancing family cohesion.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Possession of an active, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Demonstrated understanding of therapy practices and family dynamics.

• Proficiency in developing treatment plans, documenting clinical interactions, and utilizing appropriate mental health terminology.

• Competence in establishing and maintaining necessary boundaries in therapeutic settings.

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to nurture therapeutic relationships and team collaboration.

• Experience working with a variety of client demographics and presenting concerns, particularly involving children and families.

• Familiarity with community resources and familiarity with handling fee collection processes.

• Previous experience in a fast-paced outpatient environment, adept at managing a busy caseload.

• Comfortable navigating remote therapy platforms and technology to ensure seamless client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
