Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of remote work within a telehealth setting, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while effectively supporting clients from the comfort of your own space. Our team operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing you with a structured yet adaptable schedule to accommodate your needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose clients’ mental health conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their needs.

• Manage a caseload of 25-30 clients weekly, ensuring high-quality care and timely follow-ups.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance service delivery, including coordination with case managers, medical personnel, and family members as required.
\n
• Utilize creative therapeutic interventions that aim not only to meet but to exceed client goals, fostering a positive therapeutic experience.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and other relevant records in line with organizational standards.
\n
• Provide continuous support and exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met while actively working to bridge gaps in community mental health resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children, adolescents, couples, and families, allowing you to engage with diverse client backgrounds. You will address a variety of mental health challenges, including addiction, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues, working to promote healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Strong familiarity with family therapy modalities and community resources available in Seattle.

• Proficient in creating treatment plans and completing clinical case notes and diagnostic assessments.

• Demonstrated experience in working with children, adolescents, couples, and families, effectively addressing their unique needs.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the ability to maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 based on qualifications and experience, along with an hourly pay structure complemented by commission on claims.
