Work Environment\n

As a remote outpatient facility, our therapists enjoy flexibility in their schedules while maintaining a strong connection with our internal team of professionals. This role is designed for self-motivated individuals who thrive in a virtual setting, with set working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You will have access to our innovative telehealth platform, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions diligently and effectively from the comfort of your chosen location, while ensuring client confidentiality and delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate mental health diagnoses and develop customized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, providing ongoing therapy sessions and progress evaluations.

• Document all session notes, treatment plan reviews, and client interactions according to company policies, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers, families, and medical professionals, to coordinate holistic care for clients.

• Utilize innovative therapeutic interventions and creative techniques to inspire clients in achieving their recovery goals.

• Exhibit exceptional customer service while fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for clients and their families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. Your expertise in family therapy services and community resources will support clients navigating various challenges, from relational issues to behavioral disorders and mental health concerns. You will play a key role in fostering resilience and independence in clients, ensuring they receive comprehensive support tailored to their unique life experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Active and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• Demonstrated knowledge of family therapy techniques, community resources, and mental health documentation practices.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience with childhood and adolescent therapy, as well as couples and family dynamics, is highly desirable.

• Experience in formulating and documenting diagnostic assessments (DAs), treatment plans, and clinical case notes.

• Comfort with direct billing practices and fee collection at the time of service is advantageous.
