Key Responsibilities\n

• Serve as a primary point of contact for families, ensuring proactive communication and support throughout the therapeutic process.

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing both the clinical framework established by Sunrise Counseling Services and Attachment-Based Family Therapy techniques.
\n
• Facilitate Family Orientations and Welcome Presentations, ensuring that families understand the therapeutic process and feel supported.
\n
• Document therapeutic sessions meticulously, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, in accordance with established standards.
\n
• Utilize technology effectively, entering and preserving information accurately via EMR systems, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
\n
• Participate in weekly team meetings and clinical supervision to coordinate care and share insights with fellow practitioners.
\n
• Represent Sunrise Counseling Services at professional gatherings, trainings, and relevant conferences.
\n
• Independently manage your schedule to prioritize client needs and achieve professional goals efficiently.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adolescents and young adults, addressing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and behavioral issues. Your expertise will be crucial in creating individualized treatment plans that consider each client’s unique background and circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
\n
• Must hold a valid board registration (APCC, LAPC, ASW, AMFT, or MHCA) in the state of Massachusetts.
\n
• Demonstrated experience providing individual, group, or family therapy specifically targeting adolescents and young adults is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in managing mental health challenges, including substance misuse, eating disorders, or trauma-informed approaches, will be highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000, accompanied by additional incentives such as a sign-on bonus.
