Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms, establishing a clear baseline for treatment.

• Collaborate with clients to design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with their unique needs, goals, and personal preferences.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to drive effective treatment outcomes.

• Educate and empower clients and their families regarding mood disorders, available treatment options, and valuable self-care strategies.

• Track and monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure continued effectiveness and relevance.

• Engage in integrated care by working closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare specialists to provide comprehensive support to clients.

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals and families navigating challenges related to mood disorders, relationship issues, and divorce. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
