Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients’ mental health concerns to understand their unique needs, utilizing various assessment tools and methodologies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each client's circumstances, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to clients, employing techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and continuously monitor and adjust treatment approaches based on their progress and feedback.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual treatment options, ensuring that accessibility needs are met.

• Maintain thorough documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to continuously enhance clinical skills and stay informed about the latest practices in mental health therapy.

As a Mental Health Therapist at Health Pile, you will work with a diverse client population facing a variety of mental health challenges. Our focus includes treating individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license in one of the following: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to create a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and an ability to remain non-judgmental regarding clients' experiences and challenges.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills needed for case management and administrative duties.

Preferred Experience\n
