Phoenix Industrial Inc. seeks a Quality Inspector, CWI to support industrial construction projects in energy, petrochemical, mining, and heavy industry. In this safety-focused role, you will perform visual weld inspections, verify compliance with codes and project specifications, review WPS/PQR documentation, and maintain detailed inspection records. You will collaborate with supervisors and trades to resolve nonconformances, support continuous improvement, and ensure work is completed to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities

• Perform visual weld inspections on industrial construction projects
• Verify work complies with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications
• Review and interpret drawings, WPS, PQR, and related quality documentation
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records
• Identify, report, and help resolve nonconformances in the field
• Collaborate with supervisors and trades to uphold quality and safety standards
• Support continuous improvement of quality processes and procedures
• Participate in pre-job planning and quality-related meetings
