Press Brake OperatorHours:1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:30am - 4:30pm2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 4:30pm - 2:30amPay: up to $30.00/HRDuties:Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and form metal parts according to specifications.Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, work orders, and production schedules.Select tooling and perform machine adjustments to ensure accurate part production.Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process and make corrections as needed.Inspect finished parts to verify compliance with dimensional and quality requirements.Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and basic troubleshooting on press brake equipment.Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals and deadlines.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Qualifications:Previous press brake operating experience required.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturing specifications.Strong understanding of press brake setup, tooling selection, and machine operation.Basic math skills, including measurements, fractions, decimals, and bend calculations.Experience using measuring tools to verify part dimensions and quality.Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.Ability to identify and correct quality issues during production.Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required.Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.What does Express offer to you?Weekly paychecks!Vision InsuranceMedical PlanDental Plan401(K) Retirement Savings PlanLife InsuranceReferral Bonuses (Earn up to $125 for each person you refer!)Why Express Employment Professionals, Oshkosh WI?Express placed over 1,350 people in 2024 just in the Fox Valley!We provide our associates with excellent comprehensive and competitive benefits!When you apply to us, you apply to 100+ companies in the Fox Valley!Over 170 people were hired on with a permanent position in 2024.
