Communications Assistant

Introduction

We are seeking a professional and organized Communications Assistant to support outreach, engagement, and communication initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, coordinating projects, and developing strong communication skills in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities

Assist with communication and outreach activities.
Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information.
Support internal and external communication initiatives.
Help organize communication materials, schedules, and project updates.
Maintain a professional and positive representation of the organization.
Collaborate with team members on engagement and communication projects.
Maintain organized records and documentation.

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Basic computer skills, including email and document management.
Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
