Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a skilled Medical Device Production Operator to join their client's esteemed team in Redwood City, California. This temp-to-hire position offers a fantastic opportunity to work in the medical device industry, with a focus on catheter manufacturing. The role involves precision work in a cleanroom setting, ensuring high-quality production standards.

Responsibilities

• 
  Operate, monitor, and maintain equipment used in catheter manufacturing processes.
  
  



• 
  Perform precision assembly, inspection, and testing of catheter products.
  
  



• 
  Work within a cleanroom environment, adhering to gowning and contamination control procedures.
  
  



• 
  Use microscopes for detailed assembly and inspection tasks.
  
  



• 
  Follow established SOPs along with GMP, FDA, and ISO regulations.
  
  



• 
  Accurately document production and quality records.
  
  



• 
  Troubleshoot minor production issues and escalate when necessary.
  
  



• 
  Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.
  
  

Qualifications

• 
  Required: Direct experience in catheter manufacturing.
  
  



• 
  Required: Background in the medical device industry.
  
  



• 
  Experience working in cleanroom environments.
  
  



• 
  Proficiency using microscopes for inspection or assembly.
  
  



• 
  Strong manufacturing experience in regulated environments.
  
  



• 
  Exceptional attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  
  



• 
  Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain strict quality standards.
  
  



• 
  High school diploma or equivalent required.
  
  

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM (2nd Shift)

Benefits

This position offers a competitive pay rate ranging from $30 to $36 per hour, based on experience.
