System Support Analyst (Fluent Mandarin)

Position: Systems Support Analyst (Mandarin-speaking) Location: 100% onsite in Ontario, CA Terms: Direct-hire Compensation: $85,000 to 100,000 (depending on level of experience) . We're partnered with a client who is seeking a MANDARIN-SPEAKING Systems Support Analyst to support and optimize business-critical applications that drive day-to-day operations. This role serves as a key liaison between end users, IT teams, and developers, ensuring system reliability, performance, and a seamless user experience. Mandarin fluency is required. . What You'll Do Provide day-to-day support for enterprise applications and business systems Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application issues, incidents, and service requests Monitor application performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement Investigate recurring issues and implement long-term solutionsPartner with development and IT teams to support releases, testing, and system enhancements Manage application configurations, updates, and deployments Create and maintain technical documentation and user support materials Train and support end users while translating technical concepts into clear guidance What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3-5 years of experience in application support, systems support, or a related role Fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Experience with SQL , databases, APIs, integrations, and log analysis Background supporting ERP, CRM, WMS, or other enterprise applications Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing tools Understanding of SDLC and release management processes Experience with PowerShell, Python, Bash, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
