Restaurant General Manager

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations
Lead with a positive and professional attitude
Take ownership of store performance and results
Hire, train, and develop team members and leaders
Ensure food quality, speed, and accuracy standards are met
Manage scheduling, staffing, and labor efficiency
Communicate clearly with leadership and team
Build a strong, accountable team culture
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall store condition
Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control
Review performance metrics and drive improvement
Support and coach Shift Leaders and team members
Ensure a positive customer experience at all times
