Leadership Role Open at Sport Clips Mattoon! We're hiring an Assistant Manager for our Sport Clips of Mattoon location. Owned and operated by Jesse Keyser - a highly respected multi-unit salon owner with a strong track record - this is a great chance to join a successful and growing team.

Your Role Will Include

• Assisting the Store Manager with all aspects of daily operations
• Training, coaching, and developing a talented group of stylists
• Focusing on top-notch client service and driving retail sales
• Supporting recruitment and team-building efforts
• Keeping the store clean, organized, and brand-perfect
• Helping strengthen our presence in the Mattoon community

Requirements

• Leadership or supervisory experience (salon/retail preferred)
• Active Illinois Cosmetology license required
• Energetic, positive personality with good communication skills
• Motivated by results and team success
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
