Warehouse Associate Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 16.75 to $ 21.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available (Monday through Friday)

• Support day to day warehouse operations including picking, packing, sorting, labeling, and material handling
• Perform inventory tasks such as counting, tracking, and reporting discrepancies
• Operate warehouse equipment as assigned (manual pallet jacks, RF scanners; forklifts if trained) Assist with value added services such as kitting, pick & pack, quality screening, and cross docking
• Complete basic administrative and documentation tasks accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
• Follow all warehouse safety rules, quality standards, and company procedures
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity and customer service goals
• Adapt to changing priorities in a fast paced warehouse environment

Warehouse Associate Qualifications:

• Previous forklift or similar warehouse equipment experience preferred
• Manufacturing and/or warehouse experience
• Good work history with reliable attendance
• Basic math and counting skills
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Basic computer and RF scanner experience preferred

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
