Administrative Assistant

Nesco Resource in Elizabethtown has a part-time opening for an Administrative Assistant. Mon-Fri 10AM-3PM. Ideal candidates will need a resume providing good work history.

Responsibilities include:

• General office duties, including opening/distributing mail, answering telephones, screening calls, directing calls, attending meetings, taking messages, scheduling appointments, typing correspondence, running critical errands, faxing, telephoning, and maintaining files.
• Original composition of letters and memos as directed.
• Attend meetings as defined by the current year's business plan, and be responsible for the setup and cleanup of these meetings.
• Maintain current newspaper clippings in an organized fashion.
• Continuously updating the website events/news/notes calendar.
• Responsible for the appearance of the front office and reception/information area.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, bathrooms, conference room, and the building in general, tidying up when necessary.
• Responsible for brochure distribution and upkeep; restocking brochure racks and replenishing brochures.
• Keep business relocation and other packets stocked as needed.
• Assist in other secretarial duties as assigned.
• Assist in functions and events as needed.
