Office Assistant Job Location: BOB SWOPE FORD - Elizabethtown, KY 42701 Description Schedule appointments Responsible for the entire guest service experience. Answer the phone in a polite, professional tone, transfer calls to correct employee, or take a detailed message with convenient time and number for returned call Greet every guest Be capable of effectively communicating with guests and employees Be capable of de-escalating and calmly assuring a guest and getting the correct member of management involved Follow up with progress calls and/or emails to guests regarding any changes in the estimate or pick up time. Communicate with detailers to ensure efficient work flow. Prepare minor reports and maintain a call log Assist accounts receivables with questions Maintain any certifications and trainings as required by the General Manager Any other projects assigned by the General Manager Qualifications and Requirements High School diploma or GED Must be 18 years old or older. Ability to be analytical and multi-task. Self-motivated, enthusiastic presence in a team environment. Strong written and communication skills. Consistent and stable work history and work attendance. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Professional appearance and work ethic.
