Responsibilities: • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home • Follow-up with leads to increase sales • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Show good organizational and time management skills • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • A successful and proven sales history is preferred Compensation: 119,500
