Bookkeeper

Bookkeepers located in North Austin/Round Rock area, we have a fantastic opportunity for you! Join a well‑established international company and play a key role in overseeing financial operations across the U.S. business. The Bookkeeper role will to support accounting functions, support regulatory compliance, and effectively process the operational accounting functions including billing resolution, accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Business level Spanish skills highly preferred The ideal candidate will have a team-oriented mindset and ensure operational accounting functions are kept current and accurate. Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and month-end close processes. Track company fixed assets for depreciation and insurance reporting purposes Assist with cash and fuel reconciliations Extract data from various financial reports for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements Assist management with internal/external audits and periodic financial and tax reporting Maintain documented policies and procedures.
