FSS Staffing is hiring an Order Selector in Wilkes-Barre, PA. This position is responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to meet productivity and accuracy standards while working as part of a team.
Position Title: Order Selector
Location: Wilkes-Barre, PA
Pay Rate: $16.00/hr
Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D Insurance
Job Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and select items based on order sheets or handheld scanners
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
- Verify product quality, quantity, and labeling before shipping
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in assigned warehouse areas
- Operate pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to required weight limits
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Previous warehouse or order selecting experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
