About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Strategy to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of challenging expectations and reimagining the future of corporate health and wellness. This role is pivotal in solving brand and business problems for clients, with a focus on strategic, research-driven, and people-centric insights. The VP, Strategy will be responsible for supporting corporate strategies across the pharmaceutical, biotech, and consumer healthcare sectors, and must be adept at managing multiple projects, including new business initiatives. Collaboration is key, as the role involves working closely with internal teams to produce innovative work that shifts audience mindsets and behaviors. Candidates for the VP, Strategy position should have a minimum of 8 years' experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in PR agencies. The role requires a genuine passion for understanding people, culture, and brand connection points, as well as strong business and financial acumen. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver, a self-starter, and have excellent communication skills. Experience in leading a team through transformation and a desire to work in a diverse and inclusive organization are also essential. The VP, Strategy will be expected to contribute to the growth of the company, both in terms of strategic vision and by actively participating in the development of the strategy team.
