Strategy and Planning - Vice President, Small and Mid-sized Business Payments

This is a role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to make a meaningful difference for business clients.As a Strategy and Palnning Vice President in the Small and Mid-sized Business Payments team, you will lead product portfolio strategy and performance reporting for payments products serving our Small Business and Commercial client segments. You will bring together data, insights, and cross-functional partnerships to shape priorities and drive results. We're looking for someone who is highly organized, self-motivated, and an exceptional communicator who can influence at all levels.Job responsibilitiesDefine and evolve the product portfolio strategy, partnering with product managers to establish objectives and key resultsLead strategic projects by structuring complex business problems and developing solutions in collaboration with product, analytics, and research teamsSynthesize data analytics, product metrics, user experience research, competitive analysis, and company goals to assess product performance and prioritize future initiativesManage executive communications and updates to senior leaders and stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of key team outputs and follow-upsMonitor and synthesize industry trends and competitive dynamics across the payments landscape to inform strategyRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsBachelor's degree and 7 + years of experience in strategy, product, or a related fieldAbility to think strategically and connect insights to the broader business picture while diving into details to drive successful executionStrong analytical skills with the ability to present fact-based recommendations clearly, logically, and conciselyProven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously under rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsMaster's degree or MBADeep understanding of small business customers and their unique needsApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
