Vice President, Advice Acquisition & Lead Strategy

As Vice President, Advice Acquisition & Lead Strategy on JPMorgan Wealth Management Marketing & Acquisitions team, you will lead the development, implementation, and analysis of strategies to identify, manage, and convert prospects through the sales funnel. You will drive sales optimization, support field enablement, and facilitate business development via new client acquisition. You will collaborate closely with Data & Analytics, Digital, Finance, Channel/Product owners, and Product Marketing teams in a highly visible role.Job Responsibilities:Lead the prioritization, ideation, and go-to-market execution of lead funnel optimization programsAnalyze end-to-end performance and learnings from lead programs with Data & Analytics teamsCollaborate with Product Marketing, Field Strategy, and Finance to align plans with business prioritiesDevelop executive-level presentations to secure stakeholder alignmentForecast annual business and budget, incorporating historical performance and growth targetsTrack key milestones and outstanding action plans, ensuring timely delivery or escalationManage multiple initiatives to completion under tight deadlinesOptimize sales practices and support field enablement for new client acquisitionDistill workstream statuses and performance data into impactful presentationsBalance multiple strategic initiatives and stakeholder needs simultaneouslyFacilitate business development through innovative client acquisition strategiesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills:Demonstrate 5+ years of relevant experience in performance marketing, strategy, management consulting, or project managementCommunicate and negotiate effectively with experience presenting to senior leadersApply advanced analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills to identify new opportunitiesManage multiple complex initiatives concurrently with strong project management skillsDisplay proficiency in Microsoft Excel and expertise in creating impactful PowerPoint presentationsOperate effectively within a highly matrixed organizationExhibit excellent written and verbal presentation skillsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:Bachelor’s Degree in related fieldBring experience in performance and digital marketing, strategy, management consulting, or project managementDemonstrate B2C marketing experienceShowcase financial services industry experienceIllustrate experience supporting business development in a fast-paced environmentHighlight success in collaborating with cross-functional teamsChase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America’s households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
