Medical Assistant – Arlington, WA Full-Time | Monday–Thursday | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM Pay: $21–$23/hour (DOE) Mt. Baker Pain Clinic – Arlington is looking for a dependable and patient-focused Medical Assistant to join our team. About the Role: You’ll work closely with providers and fellow team members to ensure patients receive attentive, efficient care from check-in through follow-up. This role is hands‑on and ideal for someone who enjoys building patient relationships while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. What You’ll Be Doing: Assist providers during patient visits, exams, and procedures Handle patient intake, rooming, and documentation Support medication coordination and triage communication Provide pre- and post-procedure support and education Help maintain clinic flow and a positive patient experience What You Bring: 2+ years of experience as a CMA or CNA (preferred) Willingness to obtain MA-R certification if not already licensed Previous experience in pain management or a specialty clinic is a plus Strong communication skills and a team‑first attitude Ability to float between Arlington and Burlington locations as needed What We Offer: $21–$23/hour, depending on experience Medical benefits and full benefits package Paid time off A supportive team environment where your work matters Ready to make an impact?
