Back-of-House Leader: Shift Captain & Team Builder

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Team Leader to support senior leadership in daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient shifts and outstanding customer service. You will set the tone for the team, train new hires, and model exceptional teamwork in a fast-paced environment. As a Team Leader, you’ll open/close, manage key holder duties, and continuously promote Chick-fil-A’s culture of service and urgency.
