Protocol Project Manager 1

Protocol Project Manager overseeing ancillary supply planning and delivery for clinical trials at a contract research organization. The role manages supply strategies, coordinates with clinical teams, and ensures on-time material delivery across assigned studies, requiring 2 days weekly onsite in West Point, PA.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact between ancillary supply team and clinical trial stakeholders
Develop and implement ancillary supply strategies ensuring timely material delivery
Lead and manage assigned Ancillary Supply Coordinator and Logistics Planner
Oversee supply planning activities, budgeting, and compliance with company procedures
Collaborate with clinical and functional teams to resolve supply issues and define solutions

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or supply chain management
Minimum 5 years of relevant project or supply chain experience
Clinical trials, clinical supplies, or clinical research experience preferred
Strong oral and written communication abilities
Project management experience highly desirable
Detail-oriented with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
SAP system experience a plus
