Licensed Mental Health Clinicians (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist)

CHE Behavioral, a multispecialty group of licensed professionals, is seeking highly skilled Licensed Mental Health Clinicians (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist) to join our team in Scranton, New York. With over 600 psychiatrists, psychologists, nurse practitioners, licensed clinical social workers, counselors, and licensed marriage & family therapists, we are dedicated to increasing access to mental health services and reducing the stigma of mental health conditions since 1994.

About the Role:

As a Licensed Mental Health Clinician , you will provide quality clinical services to improve the quality of life for our older adult patients in long-term care and rehabilitation centers. You will collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, counseling sessions, and crisis interventions as needed. Your expertise will help patients and their families achieve their individual therapeutic goals, promoting overall well-being and reducing the risk of mental health conditions.

Responsibilities:

Conduct initial assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing counseling sessions with patients and their families
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating patient preferences and values
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and address patient needs
Provide crisis intervention services as needed, including on-call duties
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and progress notes
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development opportunities

Requirements:

Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist)
Current licensure in the state of New York
Strong clinical and communication skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience working with older adult populations and long-term care settings
