We are growing rapidly and currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist / LPC or LCSW to join our expanding and dynamic Psychology Department.
About the Role
This role will work in collaboration with our experienced Psychiatry team, as well as medical and social work staff within our partnered facilities. This interdisciplinary model ensures patients receive well-rounded, individualized care that promotes emotional and behavioral well-being.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments
- Delivering individualized psychotherapy and counseling using evidence-based best practices
- Collaborating on treatment planning with facility teams to ensure continuity of care
- Supporting a diverse patient population with a wide range of behavioral health needs
This position offers a rich clinical experience for professionals eager to grow their expertise and make a meaningful impact in long-term care settings.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a clinician who is:
- Licensed as a Clinical Psychologist / LPC / LCSW (required)
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and motivated
- Experienced in psychological and neurocognitive assessment (preferred but not required)
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
