Position Details:
- Title: Financial Program Manager
- Location: Dearborn, MI (100% onsite)
- Duration: 1-year contract with likely extensions/conversion
- Pay Rate: $40/hr (firm)
Ideal Background:
- Experience in program financial analysis, cost management, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, automotive, or product development programs.
- Strong Excel and financial reporting skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and business stakeholders.
- Experience supporting launch programs, milestones, deliverables, and project financials is highly preferred.
Compensation:
$_40hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.
