Join the Brew Works Team as a Server!
Looking for an opportunity to work in a vibrant and welcoming environment? Brew Works, located in the heart of Fremont, MI, is on the lookout for a friendly and dedicated server to join our team. If you have a passion for great service and enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do As a server at Brew Works, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests feel right at home. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and seating guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Taking accurate food and drink orders and delivering them promptly.
- Providing menu recommendations and answering guest questions about our offerings.
- Ensuring tables are clean, organized, and ready for the next guest.
- Collaborating with team members to create a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.
- Handling payments and ensuring accuracy in transactions.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or customer service environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with guests and team members.
- A positive attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
- A willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
