Phlebotomist II

Location: Liberty, MO

Pay Rate: $25/hr

Employment Type: Contingent (potential pathway to hire)

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00am–5:00pm

What You'll Do

• Collect blood specimens safely and accurately from pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients

• Prepare, label, and process specimens following established procedures

• Verify patient identification and ensure proper documentation and labeling

• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment

• Provide excellent customer service while fostering trust and confidence with patients

• Perform data entry and maintain required records

• Support both clinical and forensic specimen collection when needed

• Travel to multiple locations as required to support business needs

What We're Looking For

• A current, up-to-date resume

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections

• Strong customer service experience in a clinical, retail, or service environment

• Excellent phlebotomy and specimen handling skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities

• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between sites as needed

• Basic computer and data entry skills

• Ability to meet compliance requirements (MMR, Hep B, TDAP, Varicella, COVID, Flu, TB/QuantiFERON)
