Senior Bookkeeper 60-70K Brooklyn, Willimasburg. ( Female-majority team) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting. This role works closely with the Controller/CFO and supports management with accurate financial information and analysis. Key Responsibilities Oversee AR and sales postings from CRM to QuickBooks. Review AP transactions for accuracy, coding, and compliance. Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations. Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close. Prepare and review financial statements and management reports. Analyze gross profit, margins, inventory, and other key financial metrics. Maintain accurate, audit-ready financial records. Qualifications 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience. Experience with CRM-integrated accounting systems preferred. Strong understanding of AP, AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
