Mesa, AZ
Full-Time Manufacturing Position
Pay: $21.00/hr
Shift: Monday-Thursday 12:00pm - 10:30pm

We are hiring a Process Technician for a plastics manufacturing facility in Mesa.

This is a hands-on manufacturing position for someone who has experience working around production equipment and is comfortable setting up machinery, monitoring a manufacturing process, making basic adjustments, inspecting product quality, and troubleshooting minor equipment issues.

This is not a general warehouse position.

What You'll Do

You'll work directly with production equipment used to manufacture specialized plastic materials.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment
• Monitor material as it moves through the manufacturing process
• Make machine and process adjustments within established specifications
• Inspect finished and in-process materials for quality
• Collect product samples and perform basic quality checks
• Identify machine or process problems and assist with troubleshooting
• Perform basic equipment cleaning, changeovers, and minor preventive maintenance
• Record production information accurately in computer systems
• Move raw materials and finished products throughout the production area
• Use material-handling equipment such as pallet jacks and overhead cranes
• Follow established safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of manufacturing experience who is comfortable working directly with machinery and production processes.

You should be comfortable with:

• Machine setup and operation
• Reading gauges, meters, or machine controls
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting
• Quality inspection
• Following work instructions and production specifications
• Recording production information
• Basic computer use
• Material handling and lifting
