Job Purpose: The Manager, Talent Acquisition at ENVISION INDUSTRIES will lead the recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent that aligns with the organization's mission and values. This role is crucial for ensuring that the organization continues to fulfill its charitable objectives by building a team of dedicated and skilled professionals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Lead and manage the recruitment team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective and efficient hiring processes. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and expectations of each role. Utilize various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to source and attract qualified candidates. Oversee the interview and selection process, ensuring a fair and unbiased approach to candidate evaluation. Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and make data-driven improvements. Foster relationships with external recruitment agencies and educational institutions to expand the organization's talent pool. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process. Promote the organization's culture and values to potential candidates, enhancing the employer brand and attracting individuals who are passionate about the organization's mission. Continuously evaluate and enhance the talent acquisition processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.

Qualifications

Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Required Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the not-for-profit sector. Proven track record of successfully managing full-cycle recruitment processes. Experience in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies that align with organizational goals. Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and external partners. Required Skills and Abilities: Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations relevant to the not-for-profit sector. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software. Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve processes. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of recruitment professionals. High level of professionalism and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information.
