Benefits Specialist: Open Enrollment & Wellness
Uline
Uline is seeking a Benefits Coordinator to help employees understand and maximize their benefits. The role focuses on guiding staff through benefits programs, collaborating with teams and vendors, and supporting enrollment and wellness initiatives. All positions are on-site. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 1+ years in HR or office settings, strong writing and organizational skills, and familiarity with Word, Excel, and HRIS systems.
