The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales, preconstruction, estimating, project management, and turnover of all projects and project teams. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in running multiple project teams simultaneously, particularly in the high-end residential sector. The Managing Director will have full responsibility for a team of 20 people, ensuring the seamless execution of projects ranging from $50k to $5 million. Experience in the local Westchester and Western CT area with GC/CM companies is essential. Applicants for the Managing Director position at the company should have a background in high-end residential construction, with a focus on the UHNW market. The role requires a candidate with a high level of diplomacy and communication skills, as they will be interacting with end users in the 1-50 million hard construction cost range. Project management experience is also a key requirement, as the role involves troubleshooting and, at times, leading by example.
