No Anchovies is a busy college pizza restaurant & bar on University Blvd close to campus. We are gearing up for the busy season and looking to hire cooks with a variety of skill sets. Pizza making experience is a plus, but not mandatory. Most of the pizza cooks we have are taught in-house. We also have positions available for cooks experienced on fryers, flat top, pantry and prep. Even if you don't have cooking experience and are looking to get into the industry, we may be the right fit for you. The work is challenging like any cook job, but the environment is fun with heavy emphasis on teamwork. Job Description
-Pizza stretching, topping, working ovens, and cutting pizza
-Working fryers and cold station
-End of shift station cleaning and/or dishes depending on the shift
-Maintaining clean kitchen work areas and stocking during/after shift

Job Requirements
-Experience line cooking and/or pizza making preferred
-Ability to work late nights
-Adequate transportation 
-Ability to follow recipes and procedures
-Ability to lift 50+ Lbs
-Ability to reach and bend frequently
-Ability to stand for long periods of time
-Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
