We are looking for an experienced and dependable Pizza Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate takes pride in making great pizza, works well in a fast-paced environment, and can stay organized while handling multiple orders at once.

Full-time and part-time positions available.
Flexible scheduling based on availability.

PIZZA COOK RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and cook pizzas according to Dominick’s recipes and standards
• Properly stretch, shape, sauce, top, and bake pizzas
• Maintain consistency in portioning, toppings, and presentation
• Read and accurately execute pizza tickets during busy service
• Manage multiple pizza orders simultaneously
• Monitor pizza oven temperatures and cooking times
• Work efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency
• Prepare pizza station ingredients and toppings for service
• Keep dough, sauces, cheese, and toppings properly stocked
• Assist with pizza prep and dough preparation as needed
• Communicate clearly with other kitchen team members
• Coordinate timing with the rest of the kitchen
• Keep the pizza station clean, organized, and sanitary throughout the shift
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Complete opening, closing, and cleaning duties
• Help with other kitchen duties when needed

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Previous pizza or professional kitchen experience preferred
• Pizza-making experience is a plus
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently during high-volume service
• Comfortable handling multiple orders at the same time
• Good communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow recipes and portion standards
• Good knife skills
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation
• Reliable and dependable
• Able to work independently while being part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to stand for 4–8 hours per shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
