Shums Coda Associates is seeking full-time Building Inspectors I, II, and III for our clients in Phoenix/Tuscon, Arizona. The roles require strong independence and discretion in performing inspections for both commercial and residential projects, ensuring compliance with various building codes. Qualified candidates must possess ICC certifications, along with at least 2 years of inspector experience, knowledge of relevant building codes, and the ability to enforce regulations tactfully.
