Prudential Financial, Inc. (PGIM) seeks a senior tax professional to support its global investment platforms. You will advise on fund structures, carry and co-investment programs, and cross-border tax matters across multiple asset classes. The role requires deep knowledge of partnership taxation, Subchapter K allocations, K-1s and investor reporting, with collaboration across business, legal and operations teams.
